Nicholas Zaldastani, Founder

Nick brings over 12 years of experience in children’s entertainment to the company. Leveraging his VC and entrepreneurial experiences, Nick focuses on organizations that positively impact the world. Nicholas’ leadership and investments have contributed to the growth of corporations such as: Oracle, SABA, Open Horizon, World Energy Solutions, and Salary.com.  His board affiliations include: The Board of Visitors, Duke University, Pratt School of Engineering, and Co-chairman of The American Academy high-school in Tbilisi, Georgia. He holds a BSE from Duke University and an MBA from Harvard University. 

John O'Neill, Head of Development

As Head of Development, John leads the build team of 'CrocPond Match', CrocPond's first mobile app. He is President of Spark Plug Games and created the widely popular games 'Plight of the Zombie' and 'Witch’s Workshop–Open for Business'. Spark Plug Games is currently working with Fox Studios on the upcoming adaptation of the massive cult-hit TV show , Firefly, in a massive online social game. John graduated from NC State University with a degree in Computer Science, where he is also an Adjunct Professor. 

Frank Richards, Head of Animation

Frank serves as CrocPond's Head of Animation, and leads our animation development efforts. He has 20+ years of award winning animation success and has contributed to highly successful films, such as The Land Before Time, Anastasia, Shrek, and Curious George.
